Innovative packaging process, galvanized steel coils have a new look when leaving the factory

The packaging process of galvanized steel coils is a complex process involving multiple steps, starting with the preparation stage of the steel coils and ending with safe loading. Every link is crucial.

In the preparation stage,
High-strength waterproof paper and plastic film are used, which not only prevent the steel coils from getting wet, but also effectively resist the impact and friction that may be encountered during transportation. The operator first wraps the waterproof paper around the outer layer of the steel coil, and then uses plastic film for secondary wrapping to ensure double protection.

Next is the bundling process, where the bundling machine tightens special plastic or metal straps around the steel coils to prevent the packaging materials from shifting or falling off during transportation. In addition, each steel coil will be labeled with product information and transportation instructions for easy tracking and management.

In order to further improve the safety of transportation, customized pallets and containers are designed. These devices can ensure the stability of the steel coils during loading, transportation and unloading, and reduce damage caused by vibration and impact.
