Recently, our company ushered in a milestone customer cooperation: custom-made 500 tons of aluminum-zinc-magnesium colored steel tiles for an important customer from East Asia, and completed a special fully automatic tile pressing and labeling service. This not only marks the comprehensive upgrade of our product processing capabilities, but also demonstrates our strong strength in service response, collaborative innovation and technology integration.

Customer demand drives service upgrade: integrated design from “tile pressing” to “automatic labeling”
At the beginning of the project, the customer clearly put forward three key requirements: first, use our aluminum-zinc-magnesium products as raw materials; second, the finished product needs to be pressed into a specified tile shape; third, each tile must be affixed with a unique identification label when it comes off the line. This set of processes requires efficient equipment operation and accurate labeling, while ensuring that the appearance and quality of the colored steel tiles are not affected.

In order to achieve the customer’s customization goals, our company quickly formed a special project team and took the initiative to conduct technical docking with the tile pressing equipment manufacturing factory. After several rounds of program discussions and on-site tests, we jointly developed an integrated production system of “tile pressing + automatic labeling”. The system can automatically identify the rhythm of tiles and label them synchronously while the steel plate is formed into tiles, truly realizing the “one tile, one label, automatic synchronization” production mode.

At present, this system has been successfully applied to the production of 500 tons of orders from customers. The whole process is stable and efficient, and the labeling is accurate and correct, which has been highly praised by customers. Our technological breakthrough will also be promoted and applied to more end customers with label management needs in the future.

Aluminum-zinc-magnesium color steel tiles: ideal building materials with both corrosion resistance and aesthetics

The aluminum-zinc-magnesium color steel tiles purchased by the customer this time use high-strength steel substrates, and are coated with aluminum, zinc and a small amount of magnesium alloy layers on the surface. Compared with traditional galvanized products, aluminum-zinc-magnesium materials have significantly improved corrosion resistance, especially suitable for complex environments such as seaside, high humidity and high corrosion.
