Steel Rebar Production Line

​Hengze Steel introduced a hot steel billet direct rolling mill in 2010, with an annual total production capacity of 1.2 million tons, and can produce international standard rebars such as CNS560, JIS3112, ASTM A615/A706, AS/NZS4671, CSA G30, and BS4449.
In addition, research and development and production:
Ultra-high strength USD685/USD785 rebar: can be used in super-high-rise buildings, greatly improving the seismic resistance of buildings.
Compact coil rebar: small in size, with no twisting of the ridge line, easy to carry, and material saving.

About Packing Details

Standard Export Packing:
Packaging
The steel bars are bundled with steel straps according to specifications (2-3 tons per bundle), and waterproof labels (including specifications, weight, and marks) are affixed. Anti-rust paper/film is added for high-value products.
Transportation and Packing
Transported by flatbed trucks, covered with rainproof tarpaulins and fixed; when shipped in containers, wooden blocks (spacing ≤1.5m), fixed with nylon straps, and desiccant (5kg/20GP) are placed.
Documents and Delivery
Provide packing list, quality inspection report and material certification; it is recommended to purchase rust insurance for sea transportation, and CE certification is required for special markets (such as the EU).
